It has been working since November of 2008 and since then, nearly 300 demos have been hosted there. You can find longjump records, map records, demo rankings and many more functions - take a look for yourself and see the Brazilian records!\\r\\n\\r\\nKz-Brazil is not the only community, that is slightly shrouded in the mystical shadows, where only a few brave men have set their feet in.\\r\\n\\r\\n[link=http://www.kz-serbia.com]KZ-Serbia[/link] is the official community for the Balkan countries, which include Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia and a few more countries such as Slovenia and Turkey.\\r\\n\\r\\nKz-Serbia describes itself as a "kreedz climbing tournament community", which is coming up with new ideas every day. The site is in Chinese and therefore you might find it a bit challenging to find what you can looking for.\\r\\n\\r\\n[link=http://www.cypress-climbing.com]Cypress-Climbing[/link] - the official community for unofficial jumping maps.\\r\\n\\r\\nI'm sure that most of you actually are very familiar with this website, however I felt like adding it to the news as it is not located in the Links-page.\\r\\n\\r\\nCypress-Climbing is the host of non-kz map records.\\r\\n\\r\\nCypress-Climbing was "offline" for quite a while, and in February 2009 it came back in business after a while of absence. Now with nearly a thousand members and dozens of active recorders, demos are being released at least once a week or even three times a week! Some maps have very impressive times, whereas some maps haven't had any recorders at all - go register and take those n/a's out of the list!\\r\\n\\r\\n[link=http://kzkorea.ohpy.com]KZ-Korea[/link] is the official website for the korean kreedz-players. It is administrated by [b]+ 300$, jahasunsa, PurpLeRaiN, schmidt, G, Åatte, Q(''Q) and SSC[/b]. \\r\\n\\r\\nUnfortunately only Korean people can register to the site, but without registration you can browse the [b]Record Demo[/b]-page, where you can find longjump records posted by the players who jumped them.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]A French newcomer wants into the top 5[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nA French newcomer? Who might that be? Yea, pretty obvious. Just to make one thing sure, I'm not talking about heL^_x. He's not a newcomer anymore. I'm talking about [flag]fr[/flag][b] hekk[/b]. I had a quick chat with him and I asked him a bit about his goals here at XJ. \\r\\nAt the moment he is still waiting for his new mouse and thats a deathadder. But after this he wants to start recording very much and [b]he's very motivated[/b] to become one of the bests. He said, his goal is to get into the top 3! But at the moment he still doubts, if he will be able to get there, because the competition might be too strong.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]SniPeROK does the 244 highjump[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nThree days of trying, of course not constant trying, but still for some time and thats daily. The longjump legend [flag]lv[/flag][b] SniPeROK[/b] has done a 244 units highjump. He was spectated by some other big boys into the scene, [b]when he did some 241 highjumps to warm up.[/b] After he decided to take some tries at the 244 block, he couldn't do it, even tho he came up with some [b]257 stats.[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nSniPeROK is revealing us, that one month ago he didn't even think about trying this high block and he couldn't assume, that he would do it in the near future. While trying this block he was a bit nervous, especially after he did this 257 stats and he realized, that it seriously could happen. At the moment he saw the stats and he experienced the feeling of jumping a 244 highjump, adrenaline pumped through his veins and it was an amazing moment for him. To finish this little article, I'll give you the last question I've asked SniPeROK himself.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Do you think you're currently the best longjumper in the world?[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nSniPeROK: No, I like [flag]de[/flag][b] heat[/b] the most. His strafes are just amazing. His 256 demo is better than mine.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]How do people prepare for recording world records in France?![/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nThe French kreedzing scene is very huge and a lot of players in our record section are from France. Huge memories are coming up, when you're just saying the name CXG or kzfr. France players are successful, but where's the reason why? Maybe we've just got to know the secret way of French people. \\r\\n[flag]fr[/flag][b] REMYY[/b] has messaged us, to tell us some great facts about these ways. He told us, that [flag]fr[/flag][b] heL[/b], [flag]be[/flag][b] Lolz[/b] and [flag]fr[/flag][b] elfen[/b] went to the sea during their holidays. At the beach they played a fun game... Only one of them had to "climb" this imaginary blocks and the other two boys had to guess what kreedz map it is. Imaginary kreedzing at the beach, founded by French players. Of course it was very hard to guess a map, because everything looks the same while someone is jumping on the beach. Thats why they allowed themselves, that the climber can make some hints for the guessing players. While improving their kreedz knowledge, they also "prepared" their upcoming world records. You guys should fear the upcoming French records. \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]bkz_wallblock got halved[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nA lot of people couldn't believe their eyes when [flag]se[/flag][b] zyllEE[/b] released his wallblock demo. More than one minute better? Of course it had to be a shortcut. But the question was: Where the hell could be a one minute shortcut onto a map like wallblock?\\r\\n\\r\\nThe swedish player surprised people with a completely unseen and very creative shortcut. It was a [b]drop down shortcut[/b], a technique thats probably not seen that often. Of course some voices said, that [flag]fr[/flag][b] Ryderc's[/b] tricks could have been the inspiration to find this shortcut, but we have to disappoint you, because the shortcut was found months ago by zyllEE himself. \\r\\n\\r\\nFirst of all zyllEE thought, that this shortcut is probably not possible to do, because he was trying it for some hours and couldn't do it. Not even once. Thats why he asked his friend [flag]se[/flag][b] lalle[/b] to try it and he was more lucky. Of course the run wasn't perfect, but it's definitely still a good or decent run, that gets completed with such an unique shortcut. \\r\\n\\r\\nEven tho this shortcut is very hard, zyllEE even improved his previous run with one second in the next release. Who knows, if zyllEE will get an opponent on this map in the future. Or is he the only person, who's able to accomplish this shortcut into a run? \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]What are KeltA's goals?[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nWe've all seen what he is capable of, when he has recently taken [flag]lv[/flag][b] akkord's[/b] clintmo_bhopwarehouse and being the first one doing clintmo_bhoptoon under 36 seconds. He is working [b]on his personal goal, which is to get at least ~10 world records.[/b] His warmup routines are simple, if theres a new map that he likes, he will first go through the map and then he'll think about which blocks can be bhopped. After that he'll watch the world record and what skips and bunnyhops are performed in it and then he starts going for it. Sometimes he doesn't even need any warm up.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Future[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nKeltA and shNz are working on a small movie where they perform trickjumps after eachother - it doesn't include boosts. It is being done by the famous Romanian moviemaker [flag]ro[/flag][b] boom.dll[/b], but to keep the curiosity up, no more information will be revealed yet.\\r\\n\\r\\nHe was introduced to kreedz through playing hide n' seek, he started getting interested in it and now he is rising up in the scene with impressive records and he doesn't plan on quitting, even though he says, that he has to quit some day. The Finnish kreedz player [flag]fi[/flag][b] Vyrus[/b] owns a style which KeltA likes the most, his unbelievable strafes have him mesmerized, with his 47 Finnish records and 1 world record, whereas KeltA has 16Â½ (2man map) Finnish records and 5 world records.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]What is ndR doing today?[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nHe only got two demos left, but he was the top recorder here at xtreme-jumps. He is probably the only one, that has recorded every older kreedz map out there and he was into the scene for a long time. \\r\\nEveryone knows about [flag]fr[/flag][b] ndR's[/b] past, but what is he doing today?\\r\\n\\r\\nHe just passed his exams successfully and he got holidays now. He is working as a cashier in the supermarket in a rich neighborhood of Paris. Soon he'll get an apartment together with his girlfriend in the south of Paris, because it's easier to go to the university from there.\\r\\n\\r\\nIf you are thinking, that ndR is completely separated from the kreedz world, then you're wrong. A few weeks ago he started to play some KZMOD. He says, that this world records are just for fun and he didn't need much time for geeking them. But maybe the biggest surprise about him: [b]He wants to come back to kreedz climbing this summer,[/b] but unfortunately he thinks his skill level is too low to become a world class player again.\\r\\n\\r\\nBesides that ndR also tested himself into the moviemaking business and he made a short movie about his journeys. He's also planning to make another one about his journey to China. \\r\\n\\r\\nThe future plans from ndR are to move to the USA with his family and to spend the rest of his life there.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]A newcomer from Belgium[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nHe started three years ago, but he wasn't that known before, because of a ten month break. Now he's back to business, since three months and he is already beating world records. There are not that many newcomers from Belgium and you know, that I'm talking about [flag]be[/flag][b] Koukouz[/b]. Of course he's not reluctant to get into the top five, but currently [b]his major goal is to beat 10 other world records.[/b] What maps? I asked him that question, but he doesn't want to offer any information for you guys. But one thing is for certain: We will see some more demos by kz.randoms team player Koukouz!\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Movie news[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nThe famous moviemaker, [flag]ro[/flag][b] boom.dll[/b] has decided to leave kz-pictures and moreover to step back from moviemaking after he has finished his current projects. He got sick of moviemaking and he wants to concentrate and dedicate hisself on playing kz, instead of making movies about it. He promises to not disappoint those he has already started projects with and that they don't have to worry. He's still working on three different projects and they'll be finished soon. Hopefully you will find your will again to make movies in the future.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Basics and Beyond - A smalltalk with st0ka[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nIt's some time ago, since this movie was released and it was celebrated as a very good and well made kreedz movie. The tricks of [flag]cn[/flag][b] k3g[/b] and [flag]lv[/flag][b] akkord[/b] were done on standart maps and I guess everyone has watched this movie. The original idea was a standalone movie for k3g, but after some time akkord joined in and the movie became a bit longer. I met st0ka to ask him some questions about his work.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]You are producing one movie after another st0ka, don't you ever need a pause?[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nst0ka: You have to agree the time to create one takes me long enough. It's not always my work flow but lack of time and ideas. I pretty much make that pause within the editing process. As long as I have ideas and time, I don't really need a break. It's what I love doing after all. Sometimes I edit, just to let off some steam.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]What happens in moments, when you are seriously not motivated to edit movies, but you still keep continue editing them? Is the outcome bad in the end? A lot of moviemakers are saying, that you need inspiration and fun while creating movies, otherwise they have a bad feeling in the end.[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nst0ka: That's one of the reasons why I prefer to take my time and edit everything the way I like it rather than releasing a quick movie, which I'm not satisfied with. Sometimes I even completely re-edit certain parts because I don't like how they turned out. This actually depends on my mood so before any major changes I try to do something else and then get back to the project with a clear mind. For example, [flag]ro[/flag][b] CyclopP[/b] asked me to create a movie for his mate [flag]ro[/flag][b] sn00p[/b] and I had a deadline of 1 day. I managed to make it in time but I didn't like it and that's why I used 1 additional day to re-make so it looks good (at least for me).\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]A lot of people were saying, that you are the best moviemaker in the kreedz scene at the moment. Where do you see your position and what does kz-pictures mean to you?[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nst0ka: Frankly, most of the guys on XJ.eu don't have a clear view of what's good or not in general as well as what's good or not when it comes to certain "types" of moviemaking. Something that might look really good and hard to achieve can be unnecessary and excessive in the eyes of another moviemaker or someone who knows what a certain "product" should look like, based on the subject of the movie.\\r\\nIn other words, you can create something completely irrelevant to the kz scene which actually is quite hard to achieve. I'm talking about lot's of tutorial rip-offs etc. Now, whether or not I'm the best moviemaker is something up to all those people. However, in my eyes I have a lot more to learn and in some points I do consider myself inferior to other moviemakers.\\r\\n\\r\\nWhat KZ-Pictures means to me? If it wasn't for [flag]bg[/flag][b] psh[/b] and his ideas, I wouldn't have become what I am now. There are some really nice and talented guys in the crew, who make me keep on doing what I like and what is the most important... improving it.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Tell us what we can expect in the future from your side please.[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nst0ka: I'll probably edit two more cs 1.6 movies and then I'll move on to kzmod. These guys' got a potential as well as devotion and they definitely need a hand in advertising this HL2 sequel. But his time, he has made a trailer, that keeps the jumper secret. Everything we know is, that he jumper is currently into the top 5 and very famous. With an amount of 20 demos it'll rather be a small movie and chosen will care about every second. It's currently 80% finished and it'll get released pretty soon with an unique and oldschool soundtrack. We are waiting!\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n[b] Ryderc Falls Movie[/b]\\r\\n\\r\\nSome time ago [flag]fr[/flag][b] 8ball1[/b] announced his leaving of the scene. But something made him to come back and that was the tricks of his friend [flag]fr[/flag][b] Ryderc[/b]. \\r\\n8ball1 always wants to make something new, to get the pioneer effect and Ryderc revealed him something new and that's unseen content. His fall down tricks have never been used that extensive in the past and they made the first fall down movie itself. 8ball doesn't want to use words like "original", "exclusive" or "creative" to describe his movie, because these words are arrogant ones for him. He says, that he's not into a competition, where he has to measure hisself with others, he's making this movie's, because he enjoys to make them. But on the other hand, the worst thing, that could happen to a 8ball1 movie, would be, if the movie is just like others. If the movie is just another trickjump movie or just another longjump movie into a long list with others. 8ball1 wants to make something new and he wants people to react on his movies, whether it's positive or negative feedback in the end. He wants you to remember his movie with some surprising aspects in it. \\r\\nThe movie starts with a real life intro, that silently flows into ingame action. The fact, that 8ball1 wants to add "life" in his work, can be seen here in a little ironical way. The outro is a real life outro as well and the movie stops with the view out of the window. It's your turn to interpret that, even tho it's pretty obvious. \\r\\n\\r\\nBut there's way more to say about this movie.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Hi Ryderc, first of all good job for your movie with 8ball1. At the moment this is the only way to impress the spectator and I like everything that is new or under-exploited and this kind of fall-tricks is very interesting :)\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]You just said it, this fall trickjumping seems to be something new. Can you tell us why you started to make this kind of tricks.
