So you might have seen alex posting stuff here at XJ every now and then, and making interesting observations of things. Who would have thought he would also be an amazing jumper, of course I'm talking about SiMen.alex
I figured I was going to keep my word to post this movie here before I leave.

And In case your wondering what's going on at XJ, the case is that myself (Moxx) and also omilo decided to leave the administrator crew. Now the plan is to move to Vegas and get married. The fact is that we've been thinking of it for a while, and this whole situation just made us go over the edge. I speak for both of us when I'm saying that the motivation isn't what it used to be, you do the job because it's fun, and when it's not fun anymore you dont enjoy it. It becomes "work", that you do because you have to, not because you want to.

We wish XJ the best of luck in the future.

gl in rl moxx and omilo <3 you will be missed :) i`ve seen the movie already. all i can say is that you need to work abit more on your sync v0nch... some of the effects are just randomly placed....

Some people are saying now that XJ slowly dies. Of course this is not true, but I agree that XJ fell a bit down. Just to quote one two lines from batman 1 movie: "Why do we fall down?" "Because we need to learn how to stand up again" ... But this is actually not what I want to say now. I want to say something to omilo... You told me at friends that you stopped playing, because you always said to yourself that being a XJ admin will not be the same, if thopa quits one day. Now the time has come and you seriously quitted yourself. I read a chat of thopa with him saying, that he was always interested to make this community better and to help XJ, even tho he made a huge mistake there. It's like everything he fighted for went into the wrong directory. If you take this post of thopa serious, then it's not in thopas mind to leave now omilo. You will not help this community with leaving our staff. Do you seriously think I enjoy it, that thopa is gone? I always respected his comments and his suggestions and now his input with admin decisions is completely gone. Even tho I didn't talk to him that often, I talked to him about XJ related things sometimes. I always understood his decisions and I think they're well considered. I think the leaving of thopa will not help XJ at all and it's definitely a step back. At the same moment you are leaving as well and the same goes for Moxx. When I had a question or wanted to get another opinion or a new suggestion I always asked you or Moxx. So, I kinda lost my backup now as well? But I will not stop with XJ now... In my eyes it's coward to run away. We all worked for the same goal, to make this community better. Your leaving is one in the other way and you kinda betraying yourself with this. Don't know what else to say ...

First off i have to say that neither me or moxx quit playing KZ or being active in the community. We just left the XJ crew. The reason for me saying that i will leave when thopa leaves is because he was the guy that i could vent me thoughts with and talk about a lot of stuff when i was frustrated. Not having him to talk to about XJ stuff will drive me insane and i just don't think i would do a good job without him around. The way thopa left has nothing to do with it.

New blood is what xj needs . People that want to bring to the jumpers the best . I'm not saying that these admins who quit from xj weren't doing it, but as they said, it becomes a work when you don't enjoy it, and people can see that . Maybe new mature people is what xj needs, it's just about taking the right person for each work , and not choosing kids which only want fame . Moxx, omilo and thopa, you all have my respect since they did a really great work here on xj, but this is like ALL THE OTHER THINGS, keeps changing and getting new people . Now, if xj takes the right people, as i said, it will grow up again .

ouch :/ XJ slowly loose his old staff.. This is a bit sad since it was a habit to see moxx's movie review, and every other stuff about you 2 guys.. Good luck in real life, and again, [b]great job[/b]. About the movie, like boom said, the sync was random in some moments, and maybe at these moments, the movie was over-edited, but i liked it overall, keep it up v0nch ! gj v0nch, alex, moxx and omilo !

oh I didn't see the post of omilo & Moxx. I'm starting to feel that XJ is getting down because of this situation.. Now 3 really important and loyal guys for this community is out from the crew and nothing is like before. I wouldn't want to think that XJ is getting down but thats just how I feel. But nice to hear that bot of them are still active with kz, I already thought u're not, coz the post gave me that first impression. And it's sad when u're leaving cuz omilo and thopa were the guys I liked most. Well, nothing more to say :[ Moxx was the guy I didn't know that well but I have totally anything bad to say about him.

your song-choice was just AMAZING 1st one, totally overused 2nd one overused too so the 2nd song was over and i was like "alright if he starts with that prodigiy tune the music gets as overused as possible, this one was in like 30 cs movies" AND YOU DID :D that made my day, so gotta say gj. the edit itself was rly enjoyable, nice syncing and good colours on most parts. uber jumps ofc, here n there some sick stuff that made me say w00t

@sAllow kayne and s1ze can't do anything, they could just hack Cypress-Climbing because s1z3 was head admin and had FTP access that he gave away to kayne. He sucks in hacking, like irl. XJ has alot of backups, the site and servers will never die. Xtreme-jumps is not in faker's hands now, it's in our hands, the players. Together we can finish those two lame kids...

can everybody please stop saying xj is going down? yeah sure, xj has lost 3 admins...but that can only mean new admins, new ideas, the possibility for improvement and a change in priorities. also fresh admins = fresh motivation. and can you also stop saying that moxx and omilo are 'running away'....they are stepping down because they have lost their motivation, thats the most justifiable reason in my eyes....why continue to do something thats not making you happy? and yes, i havent been the most appreciative of the administrative staff here on xj...but that doesnt mean i wont show them the respect they deserve when they decide that their time is up. its undeniable that they have done alot for the community and that it is sad to see them go. so gl with everything moxx and omilo, and if loss of motivation really is your reason for leaving then you made the right choice =) and gl to the future of xj. i just hope you can pick the right people to help you run everything.
