Well they say they buy the keys from countries where peoples income are lower, which would mean that the keys are cheaper there. Then to make a profit they try to advertise it as much as possible for countries where peoples incomes are higher which would mean that the games are cheap for some, same for some or expensive for some. It all depends on where you live and the economy of your country.

@TlofT: Smooth advice. I just had a chance to check on the website, it's actually pretty impressive. When you pay with PayPal there's no way anything can be stolen from you, that's pretty much a fact.
