What an amazing run. Could be one of the best maplists at all for bhoppers. target, donakos, ndR, Z0ck3r007, zhady, heL have all once been considered the best bhopper around. NAPZ setting a new standard. yes kaffee go for it :) anyway I was hoping an edit on kz_kzfr_haunted, this run was way more worth watching than another map with bhops from start to end... these rotws, besides the poor edits, are really repetitive, I seriously doubt your main goal is to promote KZ :) you just want some fame on XJ don't you? It reminds me your silly argument like "we don't necessarly choose the best run, we also decide it with the look of the map"... well alright, then prove you're not lying, cause megabhop_hard and then goldbhop don't seem very good looking for an edit tbh, it seems more like you only choose the demo with the quality of the run, which leads to the point that the demos are poorly chosen. Wait, I'm not saying that this demo is bad, it's good even though it's overrated, but I don't know... I feel so lonely when I think these ROTWs are just bad because it only shows bhopping, which is, in my opinion, not what KZ is... (bhopping was known since the first beta and even earlier with half-life, Kreedz brought somewhat a new feeling to it with climbing), so if you don't appreciate what kreedz is, just stop doing it

well.. we do like the [b]concept[/b], but the realization isn't good. I also think that - without criticizing napz' run - haunted is 'much more kz' than goldbhop. goldbhop is epic, but for an outsider it looks quite boring.

The music was terrible, I had to shut it off but nice quality though :o But ofc this would be ROTW, it's an amazing map, taken by an amazing [i]bhopper[/i], I would actually be sad if this wasn't ROTW. yes Hatari, very interesting reply you got there, exactly what I was saying... XJ dealing with kids, not really something positive for a community that wants to give a "professional image". jusuuh, I suddenly feel less alone :) I was always wondering why this partnership was needed... if these guys' intention was really to promote KZ as they say, they absolutely don't need XJ to do that, they can pick demos whenever they want, there is no copyright for it. The worst part of it is that it's made by beginners... I wish some good moviemakers would replace them, like you for example, jusuuh Scary, it's not flaming, but I really feel like this ROTW thing could AND should be 10 times better to be on the news... making clips of good wr runs is a 5 years old concept on XJ (even older probably). I really like this concept, it's good that XJ finally gives importance to such clips, because when they show random LJs or LJs shows, it's just not understandable, when there are so many demos beaten every week. You can't just deny that the ROTW as it is now is just [u]weak[/u] and can be improved by a lot.

How come you don't feel that this belongs on the list Koukouz? It's one of the most fought-for maps at all - (I think (at least top 15)). I agree that it's a short bhop map, I agree that it's an ugly and "boring" map and I agree that it's only miliseconds that define this record. But still the map itself is like a symbol, taking this map is something extravaganca. It's still one of the most played maps, and one of the most intense "recording" maps imo. I'm looking forward to your answer.

Scary, I explained it all here and also in the suggestions forum with the thread called "rotw". If you read everything I said, you will have your answer to your question. Anyway "But still the map itself is like a symbol", that's just totally subjective, I really can't understand your passion for this map, because it's seriously the biggest crap here on XJ with few other maps :o sorry for my violence in the words, but it's what I think about this map, and I'll never get how it became so popular. kz_kzfr_haunted was the rotw (according to my previous arguments + what these moviemaking.fr guys said about their projects) dot.

At first all the ROTW's was over edited, now they don't even edit at all. At least at the start there was some creativity, now (this one at least) they don't even add levels or B/C to it. Hatari, have you done any other movies in the past? would you mind linking me some of them? For me it seems like anybody can be a moviemaker at moviemaking.fr..
