Let's begin with a short introduction to who [b]CyclopP[/b] is.\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]ro[/flag] [b]CyclopP[/b]: Hello Punk^. Thanks for your invitation.\\r\\n[b]CyclopP[/b] is a guy who likes to work, and I mean work A LOT, and who thinks that the career he chose of working backstage was and still is one of the best choices he made in his life. Other than that, his real name is Ovidiu B. and he will turn 21 in July this year.\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]dk[/flag] [b]Punk^[/b]: You've been here for more than 5 years. How were you introduced to the world of kreedz along with XJ?\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]ro[/flag] [b]CyclopP[/b]: To be quite honest, I don't remember exactly how it happened. All I can say is that I stumbled across a kz demo, [flag]se[/flag] [b]FikoN[/b] on kz_deanhawkins_b01 and of course, I was hooked after seeing it. After that I searched around for his name and I ended up looking at the oldschool movie [b]Potatismos[/b]. Like seeing [b]FikoN[/b] jumping wasnâ€™t enough, the movie featured other two amazing players, [flag]se[/flag] [b]Alts!cH[/b] and [flag]fr[/flag] [b]kimo[/b]. After that I found out about Xtreme-Jumps and the hidden world that was known by only a few people at that time. So, the demo and the [b]Potatismos[/b] movie totally changed my perception about CS and also the reason why I quit CS shooting.\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]dk[/flag] [b]Punk^[/b]: You're a veteran within the scene.. Were you ever the owner of one or more world records?\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]ro[/flag] [b]CyclopP[/b]: I didn't put much effort into recording, because when saw what those guys could do, I thought that it would be impossible and would require years of practice to reach that level of movement. Because of this I never tried to jump like them and I only wanted to know a small part of what they could do, so I could blend in. All that I wanted was to be a small part of that world so I wouldn't feel like an outsider. Years passed and we got to the â€œmodernâ€ days of KZ, where again, everything developed so fast that I lost track again of all the changes that were happening. So, unfortunately, I never experienced the feeling of having a world record.\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]dk[/flag] [b]Punk^[/b]: What have kept you going for more than 5 years in the scene?\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]ro[/flag] [b]CyclopP[/b]: The first impression always counts and so did it for me, big time. \\r\\nMy time here has two parts, because somewhere in 2006-2007, for about one year, I went inactive. In 2008 I returned, seeing everything changed. The website design was changed, new players, new maps, everything was new. The reason of my returning was very precise for me: to help at developing the community. The timing couldnâ€™t have been more great. XJ was growing very fast, which made me realize the potential this community had. Then I got involved in the daily backstage activities, having the chance to work at making this game and community a better place.\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]dk[/flag] [b]Punk^[/b]: Who are your all time favorites from the scene?\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]ro[/flag] [b]CyclopP[/b]: Iâ€™d say those three stars from [b]Potatismos[/b]: [b]Alts!cH[/b], [b]FikoN[/b] and [b]kimo[/b], because they are the reason I started playing this game.\\r\\n\\r\\nNow, let's get to what this interview is really about! \\r\\nOn the 14th of March, [flag]fr[/flag] [b]ndR[/b] announced to the community that he were to go inactive and you were appointed the position as COO on XJ. \\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]dk[/flag] [b]Punk^[/b]: For how long have you been an admin on XJ and how did you become an admin to begin with?\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]ro[/flag] [b]CyclopP[/b]: In March 2009, it was announced in a newspost that XJ was in search of new admins. To be more precise, there were open slots in both cup admins and map admins staffs. I applied for both jobs and some days later they announced the results. I made it for both jobs and since then I've been an active admin.\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]dk[/flag] [b]Punk^[/b]: How did you react to the news on your new COO position within XJ?\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]ro[/flag] [b]CyclopP[/b]: To be honest, it wasn't really much of a shock. After the mapcheck system got changed, I was the only one left from the old team and I'd say with the task of putting together a new team that can work under the new system. However, admins like [flag]de[/flag] [b]faker[/b], [flag]de[/flag] [b]dEMolite[/b] and [flag]dk[/flag] [b]puppetz[/b] were there and helped a lot. Without them the new mapcheck system couldnâ€™t have been developed and probably I wouldnâ€™t be here today.\\r\\nSo, getting back to the original question, I said it wasnâ€™t a total shock, because I was already told that my staff position could change in the near future. So I knew that this would happen sooner or later, but of course I was shocked indeed and really happy when [b]faker[/b] and [b]ndR[/b] came to me with the proposition.\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]dk[/flag] [b]Punk^[/b]: Why do you think that faker and ndR appointed you as the new COO?\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]ro[/flag] [b]CyclopP[/b]: I think it all started when [flag]dk[/flag] [b]radon[/b] went inactive and I began taking care of his tasks, mostly management-wise. Adding the fact that I'm hosting the XJ tournaments, with help from [flag]de[/flag] [b]chrizZo[/b], having an eye as well over the partnership with [b]Airwalk Media[/b] and that I was consulted from time to time with other management decisions, I started more and more to get involved in the management tasks, thing which, in my opinion, counted towards [b]faker[/b] and [b]ndR[/b]'s decision.\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]dk[/flag] [b]Punk^[/b]: How are your assignments different, from what they were as a regular admin?\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]ro[/flag] [b]CyclopP[/b]: Mainly, the difference now is that I need to have an eye over everything that is happening within XJ and of course over the entire kz world, so that our management decisions will be balanced and made based on more factors then XJ itself.\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]dk[/flag] [b]Punk^[/b]: Do you have any plans for the future of XJ? Maybe even something you can share some information about.\\r\\n\\r\\n[flag]ro[/flag] [b]CyclopP[/b]: Thank you for asking this. There are many and big plans for XJ's future and hopefully along with them, the entire kz world would benefit from them.\\r\\nThe new design is around the corner, with some things left to be fixed so we can enjoy every functionality it has implemented. After that we have plans of bringing new sponsors and partners in, hoping that they will help kz reach its true potential. [b]MOVIE REVIEWS[/b]

\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]1.[/b] [link=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pN63HCyPEXI][b]Chinese art 2[/b][/link] by [flag]fr[/flag] [b]ndR[/b]: \\r\\n\\r\\nThis without a doubt can be easily rated as one of the most expected movies of this year. The project was announced way back in December last year and lacked enough infoâ€™s to build on the excitement factor. After considerable months of hard work that even included a period of sickness of the moviemaker, the project was finally finished and was released on the 7th of April.\\r\\nJust by a basic first glance, it was obvious that this movie was something special and had all the essential ingredients to captivate its viewers. [flag]fr[/flag] [b]ndR[/b] managed to walk on a path where only a few moviemakers in the past had decided to stroll - he amalgamated elements of real-life footage with ingame shots. The moment the real intro started, with the traditional Chinese-styled music and the ink-spots transforming into letters, there was not even a scant doubt on what this movie was - the sequel to [flag]fi[/flag] [b]jusuuh[/b]'s masterpiece, [b]Chinese Art[/b]. Comparing with the relatively shorter contemporary movies, this movie will dazzle your mind for about 7 mins, where every second is equally enthralling. \\r\\nDuring the intro, the only thing that puzzled our mind was whether the movie would be a direct follow-up of the original [b]Chinese Art[/b], featuring the same "cold" color-scheme and the relaxed music. The moment the intro ended; much to our surprise, we were proved wrong. \\r\\nSeconds after the trickjumping starts we're literally blown away with an amazing campath, that speaks volumes about [b]ndR[/b]â€™s moviemaking exploits and a comparatively enjoyable music that leads up to something massive. And then it hits us. \\r\\n[flag]cn[/flag] [b]26[/b] does an incredible jump on de_airstrip and we're off! Astonishing campaths, one after another, amazing tricks and visually appealing colors all over the place continues to keep us glued to the screen. In the midst a comical appearance is being put up, where [b]ndR[/b] shows how happy [flag]cn[/flag] [b]360[/b] got, when he achieves the 274 block.\\r\\nAnd just then when you were probably expecting something - it all fades out.\\r\\nThe fade in arrives, we're aware that something massive is about to happen. You'll know what I'm taking about if you watch the movie.\\r\\n[b]Justice[/b], a favorite of the moviemaker, is now setting the pace for the movie. It all starts out slowly; with visually captivating campaths and [flag]cn[/flag] [b]k3g[/b]'s insane edgebugs continue to thrill you for another couple of seconds.\\r\\nThe rest of the movie contains great bunnyhop combos and sick 2-man jumps! \\r\\nLeaving the viewers getting hungry for more, the movie comes to an end. After the credits, the real outro comes. Once again, it's real-life shots that [b]ndR[/b] shot himself. Make sure to check out the very end, there's a funny secret there!\\r\\nThrough the course of the movie, it's very apparent that [b]ndR[/b] have managed to carve his own niche in the moviemaking arena regardless his comparatively smaller stay in the zone, and compared to what other established moviemakers this community has witnessed.\\r\\nComparing the sequels, it would be that the first [b]Chinese Art[/b] had more of a traditional feeling and it felt more related to the jumpers who starred the movie.\\r\\nOn the other hand, it's hard to compare the two, since the only thing they have in common is the name and the country of the jumpers.\\r\\nOverall this is a fantastic movie and one that is to go down in Kreedz history!\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]2.[/b] [link=http://www.own3d.tv/video/110930/Project_17/64b013d70afa95][b]Project 17[/b][/link] by [flag]cz[/flag] [b]markaN[/b]:\\r\\n\\r\\nAfter [flag]cz[/flag] [b]markaN[/b]'s remarkable success with [b]durrhurr[/b] starring [flag]no[/flag] [b]Mathzz[/b] and [flag]fi[/flag] [b]Jimbo[/b], [b]markaN[/b] decided to test his skills on a longer project.\\r\\nThe name "[b]Project 17[/b]" comes from the fact that the moviemaker wanted 17 demos from 17 different players.\\r\\nIn the thread, [b]markaN[/b] promised something that would be "freakin' energtic". Did he bring it?\\r\\nHe did more than just to bring it.. he created a masterpiece.\\r\\nUsually, a kreedz movie uses one set of colors throughout the movie.. a rough estimate would be that markaN used 50.\\r\\nRight from the very beginning we're being overwhelmed with colors. Lots of colors, both as overlays and as flashes; and somehow.. [b]markaN[/b] just manages to get every color to fit the movie perfectly. Even though he took a turn around the whole color scheme, there's not one misplaced color anywhere. It all fits together.\\r\\nWhat sets the movie apart from the contemporary movies is that throughout the entire movie, there's almost a noticeable 100% sync.\\r\\nAbout the jumps, many of them are just great. They're both visually appealing and creative. [b]markaN[/b] managed to get some of the best players out there in the scenario to join his project.\\r\\nYou wouldn't think that [b]markaN[/b] would be able top durrhurr already.. but he did.\\r\\nWe are willing to bet this is one of the best synced and most powerful movies out there.\\r\\nIf you haven't watched it yet - what are you still waiting for?!?\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]3.[/b] [link=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E0Py3rkCC5E][b]oteofof[/b][/link] by [flag]fi[/flag] [b]Nubz[/b]: \\r\\n\\r\\nThis has to be one of the most hyped videos ever to hit the scene and to be released in the world of Kreedzing. From the very beginning, [flag]fi[/flag] [b]Nubz[/b] managed to keep everything about this movie a secret and only once in a while, we were lucky enough to lay our hands on some new screenshots. It took about 5 months of hard work by [b]Nubz[/b] to pull this off â€“ and he made sure this had his own trademarked elements.\\r\\nAnd once it hit us... wow! From the very beginning, there's no doubt in our mind that this is a [b]Nubz[/b] movie. The bluish color scheme, the campaths, the cuts; every single detail spoke volumes about his characteristic moviemaking style.\\r\\nOnce we saw the jumpers name... we're all blown away, as no one expected [flag]fi[/flag] [b]candEE[/b] to be the jumper featuring in [b]oteofof[/b]. There goes the first 28 seconds of the movie, and we're aware of what we were probably going to witness. Just like it was nothing, the movie starts out with a 272 DCJ, tieing the world record!\\r\\nDuring the first 74 seconds, we're left a general impression that the movie will probably be a chilled, soft one. We're proven wrong the minute the music really kicks in. The syncing with the screamo audio pattern is just fantastic and we're blown away by the amazingly skilful jumps, perfectly executed one after another.\\r\\nThe duo really managed to create a masterpiece. [b]Nubz[/b]'s editing style is superior and does justice to the jumperâ€™s remarkable feat. With [b]candEE[/b]'s jumps, it's hard to deny - he brought trickjumping to a whole different level.\\r\\nIt's hard to pinpoint on anything relatively unsatisfactory in this movie.. the singular thing we at the weekly team were a bit disappointed about, was the length - We just didn't want it to stop, and sincerely wished it would have continued to enthrall us more.\\r\\n\\r\\n

\\r\\n\\r\\nThis is for all of you aspiring or even seasoned moviemakers out there.\\r\\n\\r\\nWe have all seen [flag]fr[/flag] [b]ndR[/b]'s extremely smooth campaths throughout his movie. They're achieved with a rather long process using both HLAE and Cinema4D. You might be glad to hear that there's now an easier way, with a final product much similair to what is achieved with Cinema4D.\\r\\nOur very own [flag]lt[/flag] [b]FoF[/b] made a program he named [link=http://xtreme-jumps.eu/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?279065.0]Smoofofer[/link] which is both easy to use and works like a charm. [b]RUMORS[/b]

\\r\\n\\r\\nIt has been rumored that the sequel to a classic, if not legendary movie is in the making.
