Since there are always so many people yelling that there is already a more far jump somewhere around the internet i start to doubt that it makes sense to list the top 5 in every lj-section. If xj wants to be able to claim, that these lists are up to date, they will need more people to check all those incomming demos. The longer those top 5-lists are standing here, the more false they will be. So imo if only the number one-jump get's checked for cheats, we should only be able to see the number one-jumps here on xj. What do you guys think about that?

kolden1: Read Invaders post some lines above, the mentioned demos were recorded (if they were recorded, personally I have never seen them nor did they get submitted) under circumstances that disqualify them as official record (mp_bhops makes bhops easier, because the bhop blocks don't sink - and demos recorded on internet server are not readable for our anti cheat tool as the informations are not stored in the .dem file correctly due to a glitch/bug in the hl demo engine). Hence akseon is the first (and only) guy to do 248 under 100% legal settings and conditions, I don't know why people talk about shNz in here all the time instead of showing some respect to him.

there are currently no tied wrs under 100% legal settings(according to XJs rules). hooway props to everyone for never giving up and breaking the boundaries for the kz mod! (yes longjumping is a part of kreedzing)

Sad that you were controlled by a troll/cheater player, cuz my comment was really normal and just said true things, not trolling aswell. However, I agree that the block might seem a little extreme, so I unblocked you for now. Let's clear this ridiculous situation out once and for all. I've really done this block three times, as you can see in this http://xtreme-jumps.eu/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?203003.post thread which is made long time ago. I don't have all of those 3 demos anymore, I've only got one, performed on my lan with mpbhops 1. All this actually doesn't matter, because those demos really are illegal, and that ain't gonna change. I never tried to land it on lan without mpbhops back then, perhaps because I wasn't motivated enough, since I already had done it, or perhaps it was too hard. But like I said, that doesn't matter. Some weeks ago I had a huge desire to make an official bhop longjump WR, and this time I tried. I tried hard, so insanely hard, will almost seem unbelieavable to some of you, the time I spent on this one jump was so long http://imageshack.us/f/694/kzlongjumps20110.png/ but I kept on trying because I really wanted it! And God, I was so damn close, with bunch of 248.7~ misses, but the simple truth is, that no matter how many good chances I had, the fact remains that I never managed to do it. It is just too dificult for me. Perhaps it always was. Now when I think about it, I realise that those 3 demos doesn't mean shit. And yes, when I heard that someone else has landed it, I really felt a little bit sad, or rather angry at myself, but really, [flag][/flag]akseon is the one who did the official World Record! The one that I unfortunately wasn't good enough to do, and it's a fact! Good job akseon, I admit that you deserve it more!
