...32 ROTWs later...

Feels great man... It feels great when somebody beats a ROTW with so many views: more than 18,000. Many said that ROTW #64 is ROTW OF THE YEAR 2011. Does this mean that this rotw will be crowned as ROTW OF THE YEAR 2012? After all he did beat pizza's records with more than 10 seconds. And please don't ask me how that's possible, because I have no idea. Or could this be the difference between a player from the new generation and a player who is quite old around here?
All in all LEWLY, I'm glad to see you alive and still kickin' it. You are a very good player and you deserve to have WRs like this one. Congrats!

Now, my dear Asus... some said that I was over reacting in the previous ROTW news. Truth be told, I was reacting over your great filmmaking career that lays ahead of you, should you choose to continue down this path. But who should you listen? A certified dude who's been handling gaming videos since 2002? Or the other dudes who just started KZ?
And this video makes no exception. You do know that I was somehow worried for this ROTW, given the success his predecessor had, but I never had any doubts when I assigned you this project. Congrats for you too!

dunno why but i like the 03:15 version more, it is smoother than this one; sadly it has those fails :( as Keo said, Lewly is a giant player, his skill and style are one of the best i have seen and i hope he will record more maps.

Good run, still not the best you can do. But I must say "A certified dude who's been handling gaming videos since 2002? Or the other dudes who just started KZ?" This coming from an XJ admin isn't a welcoming sight to newcomers of KZ scene, the fact of a matter is that years in service of XJ doesn't make a person any better judging which is better for "dudes who just started KZ" (ironic). I don't know what you meant by it, but it doesn't paint a pretty picture.

It has nothing to do with XJ. XJ didn't exist in 2002. I was just talking about videos, in general, not kz videos, not other kind of videos. Strictly about the filmmaking vision. And why wouldn't it be welcoming? What did I say? I've placed all of us on the same pedestal, by calling ourselves, in a generic way "dudes". Is it offensive for them that I've been dealing with filmmaking since 2002? And that perhaps my opinion on this matter has a more solid base? I'm just being realistic. This is how reality works. Your guy, your product, you do what you want with it. And I'm not an XJ admin anymore. Since months... However, since I'm a nice guy, I apologize if I offended anyone, but I have the right to "defend" what's "mine".

i lol'd lewly why so slow on last stage noob lol at nobody comment clearly didn't watch the same run as me???? do you mm listen to the music you pick or just pick a random song and put it with any run. music is terrible and what makes it worse is it doesn't fit the run at all

I understand what you ment by it, but the vision is elitistic. You didn't put all of us in the same pedestal, you rose above, hence somewhat similar 'who you gonna listen, me or them?'. The newbies might've been judging videos since 2001 or more. If you are not an admin, mouseover title says Admin and the color you have is same as an admin, true I forgot about the change in "government", but you still are an admin to newbies, since all of the signs lead to it. Not trying to be a pain here, but it was somewhat nonsensicle to point something that out in the first place.

Lewly my dawg sick stuff really, you can push another 5-8 seconds in that run though ;) Didn't get the same energetic feeling I got from watching pizza's rotw, can't say I really enjoyed this one but it was pleasant atleast.

cyclopp i have honestly no idea what you are trying to achieve with such introductions. this is no medieval market that needs you to pitch a goat, neither some homeshopping channel. i understand you want to make it more exciting and praise the productive parts of this community, but lets be "realistic": almost every person in here is playing kreedz, many of them are editing movies theirself... they actually know whats happening on this tiny little youtube screen and rate it theirself. the only effect of your sagas of fame and glory are negative: viewers are less unbiased and people hate the feeling of dependence when judging. they more likely go contrary to your subjective praise, especially because of the obvious injustice here: you are in no way more suitable to judge this, but your words present this video. they are preceded any comments i am observing this trend for quite a while now, for example in moxx's late night encounters. i would really like to see something along "less circle-handshaking, more information", maybe for the sake of professionalism (in case you need any excuse to your conscience for this move) gj to the jumper and mm btw, solid editing and you pick pretty cool music imo, keep going.

I don't think this map will ever have a near flawless run, so I find nobody's statement quite a stretch. That said, it's a bit more refined now having 10s shaved off and I commend LEWLY for recording such a brutal and unforgiving map.

A good one, simple but sweet edit, good colorized and music which fits the video superbly - allows you to fully focus on the run while running in the background. Perfect job.

Awesome run. I think the music is really fitting. It has a mystical touch to it, because nobody knows how he could beat pizza by 10 secs ;) GJ!
