Late night encounters #20 shock

I'm in a Heroes of Newerth game, clicking my mouse like a moron and this Russian kid is raging at me "NOOOOB", and all I can think about is.. Is this how all Russians act online, or is this specific to this community? Because it seems that all go you, there's people that can't speak proper english that rages in their own language, but it's not by any means specific to Russia.

Puh, does it always have to be like this? A single guy blaming the rest of the team for playing like shit, 1 vs 4; every fucking time. Is it mine/our ability to understand then properly, or is it their ability to make themselfs understood properly? I don't know.
