Submitting maps (kz)

I added a link in the menu for all you guys who doesent know how to get along with getting a map official (kz).

Yes nice, this was really missing. Since we all live from new KZ maps and don't want to get bored by always jumping around on the old ones, we should support mappers and thank them for their patience and creativity. :-)
