Only a few minor fails guarantee a connection between akkord and kz_dimblock for a long time. And it didn't take him much time overall. That only proves DeathClaw's becoming very good, very fast and no "big names" can stop him and that's not all. This record pushed him to the TOP #5 ! Back in the time there were many people connected to mIRC and cups were run for at least 2 hours every day.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Forum admin:[/b] I quickly enjoyed my position as a Cup admin and started dedicating more time to the community. I thus also became Forum admin. Trying to take care of XJ "social peace" :-)\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Map admin:[/b] I started to get interested in other sides of XJ management and particularly in maps, as I was getting better at recording I thought I could take part in the map checking process with another vision than a mapper's.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Demo admin:[/b] a year after I left the XJ staff for reasons I don't remember, I applied for a Demo admin position, and got accepted with TinTin. To be honest it was far from being the funniest admin position but it was vital for the community so I tried to enjoy this experience as much as possible.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]COO (Chief Operating Officer):[/b] TinTin and I were still demo admins at that time, and faker started to have less free time to take care of XJ. He took us both as COOs and I must admit I learnt a lot from this position: project and staff management as the most relevant examples.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Movie admin:[/b] as I kept growing, I had more responsibilities to deal with in real life, and my motivation was also slowing down. My movies were starting to be a bit known and I had acquired some experience in this field. I mainly had to take care of movie submissions, watch them, review them with the other movie admins, upload it to our channel and write newsposts. It was pretty operational but I found fun to watch movies before evryone :-)\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Donator:[/b] for a few XJ contests, I also shared the server costs with faker for about a year long.\\r\\n\\r\\n[b]Honorary member:[/b] I'm pretty much inactive operationally speaking but I'm visiting the website and broswing the forum almost everyday.
