As previously announced in our signup forum thread, this is Weekly Cup #20 reminder. I hope you all enjoy this last Weekly Cup, before we start with Monthly Cups!

We got 16 Players very fast - so we can announce Brackets a bit earlier this time...

Thank you very much Dolphin. I must say that it's amazing that you can manage to maintain a user account, it must've been very hard for you to learn english in the first place. How do you type with your fins? Did you get them surgical removed and replaced with human hands or how did you solve this enormous problem? I have to ask since you are an dolphin.

1st round has no point with these brackets. Would be nice if they were set randomly

Why? there's still big chance of getting 2 high skilled players in finals.

Well yeah, that's true for finals, but not for middle rounds Let's assume the simplest case, we have 4 players, 1, 2, 3 and 4, ranked from the best to the worst If we make it like this: 1 vs 3 and 2 vs 4 in the first round, it will be boring, but the finals will be 1 vs 2 But, if we put it at random, we could have 1 vs 2 and 3 vs 4 first round, and perhaps 1 vs 3 finals, and that wouldn't be interesting For a case where we have more than 2 rounds, finals will probably be interesting, but the chance is lower than 50% that the two best players will play in the finals (exactly 50% if we assume they won't lose to a less skilled player) But if we put two best players on the other ends of the bracket, chance may approach 100% that they meet at the finals (exactly 100% if they don't lose to a worse player) Also, if we randomly mix, there is a possibility that the two of the best players play against each other in the first round And that would suck. :D
