Hello there and welcome to the 157th edition of the Run Of The Week!

Once again... the bulgarian beast strikes with a close to perfect run and this time on 8b1_hellinasbhop!

As always the release had amazing demos and it is always a pleasure to watch them and choosing one to show the best that kz has to offer. Since the beginning shNz shown us what he does best, constantly beating world records. The start was astonishing, the run was furious and the end was fabulous. And I need to clarify something so it will avoid a war in the comments, that this was not picked because of shNz's name, but for his tremendous skills in kz. We have amazing demos in front of us and it is always hard to chose one out of 30 or more, so do not think it is an easy task for the team. I also watched the comment section the previous release and I thought the community liked shNz runs a lot, so why not give him the second ROTW in a row? And sometimes it even looks like the old days when he was rocking every week! Hopefully we are clear about the ROTW topic. Another thing to mention is that every run for us is worth being ROTW, otherwise the runs would not be World Records. Take that in consideration!

So the jumper was shNz and the map was made by 8ball1. Who would be worth joining such combination? Obviously, our friendly moviemaker IceVip. He asked me for a guest ROTW and how could I say no to him? It is always nice to have guests, especially guests like him!
I have to mention one important thing: IceVip did the very first ROTW in Cinema 4D as you can see clearly in the video. That is the reason the video is on his channel because it is an important step for the moviemaking scene and even more for the kz moviemaking scene. My sincere congratulations to him and his computer for rendering it for 2 weeks straight (yes, it happened). About the edit itself, the moviemaker name speaks for itself.

Both me and IceVip had an agreement to use this map for the special reason of the new style of edit, he can only do such things in some maps, infinitefall was impossible. And still in my opinion, every run of shNz that release was sick. Good job both of you guys.

Because the run was edited in C4D it took that long :) But more info, Ice will let you know I guess

For people asking about why it took me 2 weeks to render. The only thing from 1.6 you are seeing in this clip is the USP. The map was fully rendered in cinema 4d and its new lightning system. 1 Frame took me from 7 to 31 seconds to render, and the whole run was 40,000 frames. Basically rounds up around 2 weeks of rendering.

Just saw the clip, and had to write a big GJ to IceVip. I know this map very well, and this new lighting, and water, and other details, makes the map look more interesting or better yet, different somehow. I like the effect it gives to the viewer. Also the effects used on the clip are pretty ok, the song is enjoyable, and the end after shnz pressed stop, added some more thrill to the overall experience of watching the run clip. I like it alot, and if it was rendered in 2 weeks, then....props to you for that too. And as always, good job to shnz for his fast and sexy style! I agree that infinitefall was great, and had uber flow, but this run is great aswell.
