XJ Prochallenge map contest - Extended deadline

Hey everybody!
We would like to announce that this map contest is extended for another month.
Unfortunately we received very few submissions all of which were uploaded on the last day, but mainly mappers reported being unable to finish their maps in time. Due to this situation we would like to provide mappers more time in order to achieve best outcome for our community, so their maps are finished properly or even make a second map in another category. We hope for your understanding. All submitted maps can be worked on further and mappers are welcome to contact mapcheck team with any questions.
New deadline: 31 DEC 2015
Contest:
We talked about the 'Prochallenge Contest' in What's going on #4, and now we are ready to rumble these maps!
Ofcourse there will be a specific rule set for this:
- The contest will be over a period from 1 month, the deadline for entries are till the 30th of November 2015
- Since we want to make sure the qualities from the maps are good enough, only 2 entries are allowed by each mapper
The categories you can choose from to map are the following:
- Longjump
- Bhop
- Speed
Because of the PRO-Challenge nature, the maps should be at least average-hard leveled and should be at least 2 minutes long.
We have no theme restrictions in this, we just want to have the nicest maps in there!
Whenever your entry is ready, you simply submit it to the mapping submission under the name: prochallenge2_discipline_mapper (for example: prochallenge2_longjumps_Coppenst).
You all know the drill for uploading, if not, refer to the rules or contact one of the map admins for more information!
Last but not least, talking about the rewards:
- The winning maps will receive the custom prochallenge2_discipline tag and added on the XJ WR list
- 2 months of VIP gold for the winners
- Official mapper tag on Xtreme-Jumps (if you don't have it already)
- Each winner will receive $50 (if 1 mapper has both entries accepted, yes he will get $100)
- The winning maps will get a promotion video upon release for the prochallenge, produced by KZ-Pictures.
So if you are doing something else now, I suggest you STOP .... HAMMERTIME!
