Special delivery: The second ROTW #170 & ROTW #171

Good morning fellow kreedzers!

First of all I want to announce that we're looking for more moviemakers to edit the ROTWs. For regular 1.6 ROTWs, please send a private message on the site to me ( WeMeRA) and for KZmod ROTWs, send a PM to jusuuh.

Now to the ROTWs, this time we have a special release for the community.

The latest World Record from the youtube iconROTW #170 ( hrznnn on its_mistcavern) was our choice to be shown for the #170 ROTW, however PU9maker sent us a Private Message to not choose his demo for ROTW because Korban was already editing it. This amazing run on a classic map, edited by one of the most epic moviemakers out there just caught our attention during the entire clip, wishing it to never end. And not to mention shNz's amazing run on bkz_goldbhop which became the obvious choice for the #171 ROTW edition.

Not hating but from the newspost I understand it that PU9maker chose the rotw on his own? Just saying, if XJ's choice was initially mistcavern then go for it and post korban's clip on frontpage as a sole newspost? PS that chinabl0ck clip deserved 60fps streaming

it was all one big misunderstanding.. before hrznnn's mistcavern rotw got released, I sent PM to jusuuuh with a request NOT to choose my chinabl0ck as ROTW cuz KorbaN was already editing it as a simple run clip just for me ( on my own request ) then, zythh asked korban if he can turn the clip into rotw so he did it... but zythh thought the chinablock demo is from another wr release.. meanwhile korban finished the chinablock rotw.. and since korban spent alot of time making the clip and esp. intro and outro admins decided to post it on the FP as a special rotw.. otherwise KorbaNs work would be useless

My bad knowledge of 1.6 demo releases probably made zythH think that this chinabl0ck demo was from the WR release that ROTW #171 was covering, that's why we asked Korban to turn this into a ROTW. No matter the misunderstanding, this clip was going to be highlighted on the front page anyways, as a ROTW or as a special run movie. I proofread the post but got to admit it isn't too clearly written.
