Might be a good video, but a terrible trailer. You don't change the whole theme and idea of the source material just because you want to put your ideas in. Or you don't call the result a trailer.

Again a clip that everybody thinks is awesome ... Did i see too much shit and I'm barely impressed anymore or am I plain retarded? Yes yes, I must be retarded, since this is something totally new to the kz scene.. On a serious note tho, the movie had some strong moments but overall it was soooo cringy aahahah gj nontheless both of you!

You guys are unbelievable, and have problems with everything; who cares if it doesn't fit the map or fit the theme or whatever. It's an awesome video made with the sole purpose of attracting viewers towards the map, and the editor has become quite successful at that, I guess. People criticizing.... go make something as exciting as that, then criticize, probably then your voice will be heard.

That's not an agrument you can use freely. Else you should only open your mouth when you're an expert in something. Then comments should be pretty much disabled. This trailer clearly (from map tester perspective) has a problem - it gives false impression of the map. You take a word ("game") out of context and make a video based on that word using your ideas/imagination and the map as a footage. You create a trailer for something that doesnt exist (which is okay). Just dont tell the audience its a trailer for the very certain map. Or people will blame the mapper after release. *I wonder if Cobrex tried to top the absurdity of your agrument or was just his usual self.

Any video/run/trailer news post (I don't know how it is done these days in xj admin forum section, but still).. goes through the admin approval action first, considering there are enough up votes or is legible enough to be portrayed to the public gets a newspost status approval. First, Considering the same system is maintained; all the present admins already approved for it, they prolly coulda discarded it right away if it wasnt the appropriate one to have represented it. You are considered to be one of the inner circle's, and an established mapper/prev map admin team member here at xj. I have doubts the "this doesn't fit/that doesn't fit" kind of attitude is actually doing the community any good now, when we are all facing the days of inactivity and super slumber. Nothing is actually going on here except demo releases, anything more that we get should be accepted with positivity. Second, Korbaan is doing a pretty awesome job these days. His latest run clips/battle videos speak plethora of the fact. My first comment was aimed at moviemaker(s) who had commented before me, not for the general ppl; so yes I'm pretty sure they got the idea. If random trolls come in between and decide to make the newspost comment section their forum fighting scenario and think everyone else except him is a no brainer, it's not my fault.

Now you've made some good points. The only part I disagree with is the positivity thing, we should express our opinions freely as long as we abide by the rules. Or why bother. The only people that voiced any criticism so far are mmakers (who are impossible to please anyway) and one salty perfectionist. So the reception is great overall. I'm happy for korban and hopefully for mujik too, even if I have my concerns with the movie. peace, [/offtopic]

Some cool ideas and effects used but the whole saw theme was just so offputting i started to cringe
