XJ Premiere: ARISE by Thunder

Good evening XJ!

Today I am proud to post my debut news for the Xtreme-Jumps community! As some of you might have already noticed from the spoiler youtube icontrailer CyniuThunder posted: It's movie time again! What a rare thing to have new movies so often these days.

The movie itself was a process I would say. CyniuThunder having high drive for editing but not receiving enough demos from trickjumpers. Funny, right? At least I am used to the golden years of trickjumping (2010-2013) when there were often even good demos as leftovers. Gladly iNsprate stepped in and shared his collection of various unseen demos to fill the movie up to its full length.

ARISE contains demos from 12 players. You will see different styles of creative trickjumps geeked in standard and kreedz maps. CyniuThunder himself managed to create a classic clean edit that stays loyal to the drum and bass rhythm and damn I love the vibes in it! The movie follows through three tracks that builds up the atmosphere just perfectly towards the end.

Without further info just lay back and enjoy this rare piece of art!

First of all I would like to thank to those four individuals I mentioned in outro: iNsprate – for helping me with the demos. He shared demos from his unfinished project and without those demos I wouldn't be able to finish mine as I lacked of material to edit ivansky – for all the motivation, long talks, thoughts and everything Mats – for being my alpha and beta tester for years :D Nubz – for all the talks, motivation, for believing in me and helping with release I would like to thank to everyone who sent me demos! I hear thunder, but there's no rain this type of thunder just did an amazing movie very good job, I like this. I was amazed by the final credits, amazing idea I haven't seen before.

For those who might not recognize - outro is a tribute to a movie that inspires me to this day: fof - 32. It's over 10 years since that movie came out but there's something nostalgic and magical in it for me. I tried to reproduce the outro in my movie, or at least try to make it look a bit similar and even if it looks different, I think I'm happy with the result :D

Man, the not enough demos part hit right in the feels - props to Nubz for well written news. Also thank you iNsprate for helping with the demos and everyone who helped CyniuThunder with the project, such a nice gesture <3! That's what communities are all about. And what can I say about the movie - I wouldn't say I'm fan of trickjumping and I rarely watch cs movie from beginning to end but I enjoyed every second if this one. So good job CyniuThunder, I hope to see more from you in the future and I'm sure you'll get all the demos you need!

Super creative jumps, nice clean edit. This was one of the better overall movies I've seen in many years. Very entertaining jumps, for a dinosaur like me! Good job guys! Pushing the boundaries :)

Firstly, I am so happy to see a TJ movie on frontpage. Good job, Thunder. The edit was clean and enjoyable to watch. Also hands down to the jumpers, I saw some really nice jumps there. Feels so nostalgic to see k3g not doing edgebugs ^^ Thanks for the fun :))

i havent been so amazed by a kz movie in quite a long time; the way your brain put together those "on point" transitions, the effects were simple yet effective af, and the thing is that the movie seems fresh, original ... few minor flaws though but nothing much if only i knew, i would have started 1.6 again just for few tricks xD big GJ dude

oh, and that intro was really nais when you decided for the "drop" to put the movie title, not an actual TJ - which is common

Absolutely wonderful work from you, CyniuThunder! Such a eye-candy piece of art you've created! The music choice was amazing, the tricks were amazing aswell, but what I enjoyed the most is that outro! Man that outro is something out of this world! I think I watched FoF 32 for at least 200 times and never got bored or tired because that movie was a masterpiece! And you managed to reproduce something similar! Hauntingly beautiful movie! As for the tricks, propane is killing it and the others aswell! I'll never forget this movie!

cams and transitions were well thought trough - cool style. and great flow. that was a really good movie. cool outro, i loved <32 too and i think fof would like the homage high quality tricks too. good job

i watched it on youtube and first thought which came in my head was "this is FoF's style" then i saw that <32 at the end, i was like "no way! is this FoF?gotta check xj" :D awesome movie and tricks btw

I feel like some heavy color correction would have fit this very nicely. Also few of the transitions seemed quite slow or long compared to the overall tempo of the movie. But still I just got lost into watching this, suddenly realized I was 4 minutes into the movie and enjoyed every second. Even watched it for a second time right away, that hasn't happened for a long time with kz movies. Beautiful work indeed.
