New demo rule

A new demo rule has been added:

The demo must be recorded at your own LAN server (aka listen server aka not dedicated). Demos which are recorded at dedicated servers will NOT be accepted.

This makes it easier for us to see if the demo contains cheats and it also improves the FPS rate of the demo.

Ya I guess if it helps weed out cheaters it's fine. But it does kinda suck since I spend more time in phoogi server than in created servers.

Maaaan that's gay :P the rule is nice, but of course steam is shiz so i have a problem with Steam that i had b4 i go to steampowered.com, and read the answer, and it does the exact same thing!! except it doesnt show the errorlog GRR GAAAH!:!:LK:LDS:FS:LDFK

If it enables you to figure out more easily wheter someone is cheating, I support it. Btw. I always record demos this way so it does not effect me. :) Why should someone connect to the internet or a lan server to record a demo either? Isn't that the most complicated thing to do, in order to record a simple demo? :D
