Community Update

Hi everyone,

 

I'd like to share some updates about changes in our structure and give you a quick look at what's coming next for the community.

 

First off, we're moving away from titles like CEO, COO, CTO, and CFO, which feel more corporate than community-oriented. From now on, we'll have Head Management - me and p0ker, Management - r0byN, and Technical Management - g-Lp, sitka, and PeKz^. While p0ker has had the necessary influence even before, this change formalizes his ability to independently manage the community if needed. As for me, I've been less active lately due to shifting priorities in my personal life, but I'll stay involved on a semi-active basis for the time being. I'm also happy to announce that r0byN is officially joining our team. With his skills and experience as the leader of kreedz.ee, he's a fantastic addition.

 

On the project side, we've got a lot in the works, with some ideas nearing completion. Our goals include creating content to entertain KZ movie fans, helping rookies improve their skills, giving hardcore players more ways to showcase their skills on our community, building a competitive infrastructure for public server activity, and improving the website experience to make it even more entartaining. There's even more to come and while progress may not be lightning-fast, we've come too far to stop now. Plus, we're lucky to have new, passionate people joining the team who help us keep moving forward.

About the upcoming tournaments we previously announced - unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. The prize pool offered by koala_ had to be withdrawn due to personal reasons on the donator's side. On top of that, our PayPal balance has been frozen for 12 months. Organizing the tournament itself isn't an issue, but at the moment, everything hinges on the prize pool. To address this, we'll be launching a new fundraising campaign soon. If all goes well, we're aiming to hold the tournament in the first quarter of next year, but not before February.

 

Last but not least, the situation with Bibika - we're not ready to share any details yet. Please understand that there are reasons for this, and as soon as we have a clear picture, we'll release a statement.
