Yo Guys

Im sad to say that we only got 2 submissions to our movie making contest. One of the two submitted movies hade a "dead" link so we couldnt even download and watch it.

Therefor I will close contest without any winner. Anyway, enough sad news!

Now for the good ones:

We actually got something good out of the whole thing and that is: A brand new tutorail movie done by benne

mh, sad to hear that only a few participated. However, I personally didn't like the guide because some things just don't fit. The "explanation" what keys to press was positioned in a pretty weird way which makes it hard to read the text. Anohter aspect is that the text isn't shown long enough to read it at once (so you have to rewind the movie to read all of the text). Ingame sound would've been absolutely required to make the people, who are watching the guide, aware of the fact that the Jump-Bug allows you to fall down without taking any damage. Anyway, thanks for your work benne and taking part at the contest.

No its not so easy to say ;] exsample minnow just did 240units HJ, our LJ record ar same, but I did only 236, explane that benne ^^ So there is some technique

ANTye the only technique there is to it; if you jump a bit before the edge you'll get better speed from your prestrafe, since the edge slows you down. So if there's a highjump of 240 and you jump 10 units before the edge, it becomes a bit harder than 250.
