Pulsar, Bibo makes 2 jumps, gets 2 wrs, destroys a map, and everyone loves him for it. brian beats what I regarded as possibly the best demo ever by 5 whole seconds and almost no-one commends him for it. Micron beats ultrablock by 9 seconds and almost no-one commends him for it :/ Sorry but some really amazing demos in this release have been overshadowed by 2 jumps imo.

soul is right :D microns ultrablock demo is just amazing, brians cellblock also, fucking strafes :D i think its harder to beat cellblock or ultrablock then longjumper with that sc, u only have to train 1 jump and need to luck that jump, on cellblock or ultrablock u must geek the whole map :)

soulf|ftw, he didn't 240 or 245 units SC, he did [size=16][b]257[/b][/size] units jumps.. and that's amazed.. The best way to do a map it's the fastest way. Brian's cellblock demo great too, ofc.

soul is right. Cellblock is incredible. It's one of the biggest and best maps you can have, together with terablock.(which probably is one of the hardest) But a 257 unit jump is incredible too. But it's nothing alike to cellblock and ultrablock imo.

ok, I'm not gona lie. but soulftw's and zocker's demo of clintmo_longjumps were simply AMAZING. if i were soul or zock, i'd be pretty pissed. but still good job to bibo for 257 cj. and others such as micron and zocker!! amazing strafes and bhops. coldbhop_v2 was definitely worth watching twice :D gj to herlotz and jurpo too

I fucking agree with soul on this one, of course bibo did an amazing job to get this demos, but when a shortcut destroys the whole map/skips the whole map AND the previous records were very awesome, too, it's just lame. Another point is... did he really do the [e] or the [h] way with this demos just because he jumped over the 1st lj? It's a really hard decision imo, so I tend to say that a bug/cj just ruined another map/thing in kz. Nothing against you Bibo, I have a lots of respect for u cause of ur lj skills and trickjumps and and and. Whatever, big big gj to brian, Micron and zocker for the hardcore amazing demos. Truly one of the best releases ever.

i agree with "is it really the [e] or [h] way" but sc is sc and the rules are "all shortcuts are allowed" so lame or not lame (there are many other maps with that kind of sc's (for example the "man" bhop's, rpz_downfall[race], kz_man_congo_b01 and fairy island (sure actually this 2 are splitted in 2 ways for world record, but this was done long time after the sc-wr is done) and many more maps) the run is nice (also the runs before on [e] and [h]) just my opinion :)

what ever you say , its greatest releas all jumpers did very gj w/o exeptions I liked all(!) the demos =) and about these cj sc-s... cj is approved tehnicue, it is advantage, just like advantage 250+ LJumpers of <245 ones. So what Im saing is that its stupid to shearch someone to blame. Nice map, nice cj, nice sc. These equaled a "map destroyal" as you say, mby so. but sh1t happens, its done. Hm, I'd never say anything against SC's, because SC is SC (I agree with u), but the question that is really interesting is the question about if he took one of the [e] and [h] way or not.... If you'd say "sc is sc" there would be only 1 record for clintmo_longjumper where u can chose ur way (e, h or x OR the countjump SC)... and the rec would be 5 seconds (on the xtreme way) then. But if u split up the map in 3 ways the shortcuts (ofc SC's are allowed and nice) should be ON the ways (like this for example: [url=http://home.arcor.de/thafak0r/clintmo_longjumper0000.jpg]Screenshot[/url]), but the countjump is some kind of above the way (he doesn't even start to jump one of the ways). That is what I think is so weird/problematic with these 2 demos. But stukad decided that the demos are legit so I'll respect the decision. But it destroys the map, that's a fact, and it's no usual SC like on other maps fo sure.

Puppetz when clintmo made those maps the lj wr was probably around 245 units and no one knowed that there was a thing like HJ ... so he didnt make this on purpose , he made it with the purpose "not to destroy the map" cuz at the time this was uber uber impossible

You know... It's always hard for oldschool people to see a newcommer arriving and jostling everything =) Almost all of you are pretty new in this community, and you can't understand... Ah let's take a break ? I think enough is enough , so don't worry about bibo's demos or somebody else, the things happend and goes away. We are probably are going to laugh on this news after 1-2 months (why not weeks?) when there would be new records, new people, new feelings. So i wanted to say just keep going with the demos guys, but know that one day will come the problems from the real life. why not just split the worldrecs into clintmo_longjumper[e] clintmo_longjumper[h] clintmo_longjumper[x] clintmo_longjumper[sc] the [sc] using either of Bibo's paths to the end, since they are of equal distance. Because categorizing Bibo's two records into [e] and [h] is absurd because they are IDENTICAL jumps, just on one he goes left and on the other he goes right! and like DHT- said, the only reason your even coming close to beating the comment record is with stupid people like dujes/murvel/sbzvln SPAMMING. xD

Bibo is kind of sexy, but still he needs to improve his ordinary KZ skills, not just be somekind og superior longjumper, T3d had it all. That was why people liked(likes) him so much in my opinion. Bibo I think it'll be frustrating for a lot of people if you do 255, because then you knocked, probably the best jumper in the world of the thrown. But Bibo, you should go ahead and do it, become the best longjumper, practice your micro and you'll get fans very fast. Btw. I like your neighbourhood demo. But your 254 jump is just insane, but your strafes are not so long as T3ds are, that just make me wonder, maybe T3d doesn't have perfect strafes. Who knows. But anyway, Bibo keep it up, I understand it can be kind of hard, when you do 2 demos with 2 extreme jump, and proud shows them to the world, and the whole community gets a bit gnarly/mad about it. But my advice would be to keep it up, because with sexy strafes you'll get fans quickly.
