Mapteam Update
Hey guys,
after a long voting session we are ready to announce the new mapadmins:
Welcome elITe^, Fire, rinkon, s0liD, juhmp, ichirou and Flibo :)
If you are one of the new admins please contact me in IRC for further instructions.
The full mapteam can be checked at the admins page, which will be updated tomorrow.
This will help you to find out which admins are responsible for mapping issues and can be contacted in IRC (#xtreme-jumps or #mappers).
Okay, here is a little recapitulation to explain mappers how to submit their maps:
1. Submit/Upload your map
2. Wait for your map being checked. This will usually take 1 week.
3. There are two ways to get informed about the final decision or issues that need to be fixed (and getting mapping help):
- Be online in IRC, esp. in #Xtreme-Jumps and #mappers to talk to one of the admins directly.
- There are 2 new forums where accepted and denied maps are going to be announced: Denied maps and Accepted maps
