Ok here we go with the results from the first round!

First of all I would like to thank everybody who has participated so far <3 . We got a total of 32 demos including 2 WR's!

After alot of discussions between the XJ & kz-sca admins we decided to ban omg0 from the tournament. eDark checked the demos and they were "clean", but there is no way a human beeing can make some of the moves he made without any cheat.

hm I have never seen someone doubleducking the stairs on goldbhop that fast^^ omg0 could have beaten the 01:37 easily.. but somehow it looks weird.. nevertheless, good job everybody ;) really impressing times in my opinion! go brian!

The doubleducking in the stairs is not made by only mwheeldown/up. Between each single mwheelcommand there is a regular duck made by Ctrl (or another button). And this is done exatly the same about 5 times. So for me it's a clean script. But how it's done, I don't know. All i know is that I'd not accept it unless omg0 told me exactly how it's done. Then I could use his explanation and record myself a demo. That demo would be analyzed in fps death, and if it's not exactly the same (or very close), his explanation would be false, and I'd be curious why it is, and ask him to explain it again. If i can't simulate his stairwalk the way he does it, or his combination of mwheelduck/Ctrl then.. well..

its not the first time omg0 has been taken for cheat.. personally i hope he burns in hell. this have made me and omilo work 2 hours constantly. and its really frustrating work to do all over again.

Thanks omg0 for wasting our time! <--- since when decide the humans eye what is a cheat and what is clean? fps death found nothing (and yes, i know that there exists many admin fps death proof hacks). i don't want to say with that that i think the demo is clean. i didn't watch the demo ;) i just want to say. humans eye cant DEFINITIVELY say if its a cheat or not. when fps death finds a cheat then its "black on white" when fps death finds nothing, then it don't mean, that its clean, but it means that we didnt detect something. so why he gets a ban for cheating with no proof? it's a bit senseless :E banning with proofs = :) banning without proofs = :(

The double ducking is definately not doable without cheat...someone pls give me a demo with a clean demo where you do it exactly like that...His ducks were all precisely the same on the steps @ goldbhop.

Well what im thinking: would he submit a cheatdemo? I dont think he has fps-admin and submitted a cheatdemo knowing it wouldnt detect anything. Well, maybe someone from sens-kz could say a word (but better omg0 would tell something himself).

@ DooMiX i don't have to see the demo. No human eye can say for 100% if it's a cheat or not, when fps death admin don't detect it. i'm against cheater, but i'm also for fairness. and "humans eye cheatdetector" is just not fair ;)

Exactly omilo. I went in right away to try, cus I thought it was some sick shortcut, but there was no where I could pull that off. I just don't see how it's possible to 'russian-jump' the stairs as he did with such a perfect timing. But is it possible to get to know some of the 'cheat-moves' you discovered?

I think there are also some strange moves in the "climbing-stage" of bkz_goldbhop and when you watch the second jump at the stage after the "longjump" at goldbhop in 1/4 or 1/8 slowmotion it looks like he is thinking for a moment at which block he should jump while he is in the air. But I can't really say if it's a cheat or just his playstyle...

@iv4n: I tried it now about half an hour with this technique ([link=http://home.arcor.de/horst0r/omgo3.rar]result[/link]) and I say that it IS possible with a portion of luck to do that but it is NOT possible in the way omg0 made it. When you have a look on the keys, you see the difference :) I guess omg0's key analysis can be seen as an indirect proof that there is something not the way as it is supposed to be. So the decision is right but give him the chance to make a statement on this.

there are other suspicios things in goldbhop. if you watch it in slowmo it often looks like hes deciding while he jumps if he should skip a block or not. so my guess is slowmo. normal player (well atleast me) decide such stuff the jump before based on the speed. in slowmo you cant do that because you cant feel the speed in slowmo so you need to decide that stuff in the jump.

omg0 isn`t really bhopping... he is only doing standup bhops to hold up his speed and is deciding which block he should take next, like sj^ said. In general the demo looks so bad in relation of other bhop WR demos, or just watch brian`s run on goldbhop... its fuckn fast and skilled multistrafes... you can see a very big difference between those two players! @Troublemaker... You cannot always decide with your eyes, if the demo is clean or not, that is right. But in this case it`s obvious... just watch the demo dude... but if somebody cheats, who know how climbing works and climbed 1 year without cheats and is now playing with cheats, its getting harder to decide, if the demo is clean or not... only fps-death-admin can judge about it... so that is why it could be possible that here some other cheat demos in the WR-demo section... but i ve no idea and i am not even sure, because i have no info about the cheat detector programm

I still got the demos, I guess hes using the same hack, dunno though.. @all other jumpers - some very nice times, gj too! GOOD LUCK TO ALL ON THE NEXT ROUND, HAVE FUN! :)

dont know about omg0 ofc he cheated before but i hope the admins are as objective as for others demo's :) but, normally, a person wont be charged with anything if people think he or she did something, but dont have any proof(!) btw. if you dd perfect you seem to bounce of a bit like in the demo ( im not saying he is innocent )

no, what's funny is that omg0 is receiving all the glory and attention while the actual jumpers who worked hard for their demos get left in the dust, including myself. don't get me wrong.. cheating is a serious problem and it should be dealt with immediately but don't forget about those who made demos ie: sammb, supa, resolute, and so on. XJ and kz-sca received 32 demos so GJ all. and I'm still surprised that omg0 hasn't decided to defend himself yet. for me personally I think he cheated on those stairs at the end but who knows.. let's see what he has to say.

It could be a cheat or a new technique... but I guess its a cheat because hes doubleducking with mwheeldown and another key, but that doesnt work. so he timed his mwheeldown and his "other key" ducks 100% right and this is unhuman and a cheat. so a statement from omg0 himself or ban him. and gj all , cool demos :]

It´s really strange how 5 times the timing was 100% right, but it´s strange . Bibo´s strafes were ALWAYS perfect in EVERY demo wether LJ or somthing else, but who would dare call him cheater! Maybe his script is better, maybe he skripted some little mistakes, to avoid the skript being revealed? Maybe he´s not from canada he´s from mars??? YES, maybe but since you got no proof, he is innocent. Oh , wait admins are always right , forget what i said... :)

When the KZ world was just discovered and such a thigns like "strafes" wasnt known for everyone and if someone would lj 250 with 8 strafe it would be the same . Everyone would call him cheater because the evolution of KZ wouldn't go so far to understand how he does it . It's the same here i think . Maybe we're not far enough to understand this ? first gj to all "clean" jumpers esp brian :O @troubl3m4k3r maybe fps death adin did not found any cheat but its just an application and applications can be inaccurate so there are ppl who lead the tournament and do a "human check". players wont stop cheating cause there will be no time in which all cheats are detectable by applications like aeq or fps death. omg0 failed this human check. if you would have watched the demo you would think the same as all which did not post "omg omg0 gj". he did just a few strafe and those strafe looked that robotic and strange so i can understand the decision of the admins. this is a serious tournament with high amount of prizes like some of the prochallenges so their might be ppl who are cheating cause they want the money. just think about the esl and their trouble.

Keep improving your skills dude... your dems are amazing and when I think about the time you made them I'm speechless :) this "omg0" stuff is kinda funny... when I watched his goldbhop demo I was like "lol what was that" when he reached the stairs. I watched in slow motion afterwards and I thought it's a pure script. The pics that iv4n (with the fps-death analyze of his moves) posted just hardened my opinion... Oh I forgot "GJ!" to the others too. Great jumpers participate in this tournament and it was really nice to watch your demos guys:P hope to see such times in the second part:D

It written clearly in the rules: "Any kinds of jumpscripts (bhopscript, doubleduckscript etc) are strictly forbidden! The only command that your jump key is allowed to be bound to is "+jump" and u must not install plugins that effects the jump cmd."

caffeine its harder to create a anticheattool then creating a cheat which is not detectable for this tool. you have to update your tool 24/7 to find 99% of all cheats.

GJ BRIAN and others too ofc.!! and for omg0.. there are always not-detectable ways to cheat, its easy to make macro with different delays for things like that stairs.. and always there will be hardware possibilities for perfect strafes, mwheelduck-normalbuttonduck etc etc, its 100% undetectable... 254lj and 260cj rekords by omg0 were posted only for check distance, he was already banned when that happened.. if he did it from (7?) stairs 5* exact same, yes it is 99,9999% cheat but not 100% :F imo it could be proven in real time on pub with just made map with different-lenght stairs, if he is able and willing to do it, he would be propably clean.

In omg0's demo of cg_strafez I saw that when he do the LJ SC in the twice room . The stats show us " 246.xxx" yep right there I feel a little strange cuz when he was going to longjump there he suddenly doubledunk at the edge of sofa(maybe those are SOFA) to stop him walking down to the ground. and I never seen other people did that cuz the place is just too small so that many people would walk down to the ground if they control badly made mistakes ~~ dunno somebody could understand me but U can view this demo again . And I still dont think he cheated O

stasko the demo u mean has several green lines (mwheel jumps) each stair -> so he rolled the wheel but omgo has only one green line, each stair, six times at a row could he roll the wheel in that speed so carefully, precisely, sensitively that it drew only one line? lol no!
