A new map! One hard & one easy version

A new map has been released by Moxx! It's called kz_sandblock. It's rated extreme but after playing it I'd rather rate it "very mega extreme" or something like that. This map gives the expression "extreme" a whole new meaning.

I got some comments from those who already tested the map:

FikoN: "Do not play this map without a helmet! You might want to bash your head into the monitor a few times while playing this map."

Moxx: "I were about to crash my computer many, many times"

T3d: "OMG, this makes me feel like a noob"

Anyway, if you're aiming for a record on this map, don't hurt yourself or you're keyboard, mouse etc. :) The map is downloadable in the download section. GL & HF!

UPDATE

An easy version of this map (kz_sandblock_ez) has been released. Get it in our download section.

the first lj on second last level, first room is 230. The next one after room is 235, and the last on in third room is 240.

lol scout :p I think most of us can do this map quite easy with scout -.- And t3d did it with knife in 16 so don't brag with ur scouted 16 minutes :P

I say No. In my opinion xj should be site for clear kz world only, not for other categories of jumping.

I voted no. I think there's enough of HNS communities already, for example hidenseek.eu, which is having a hard time even by now. I'm not 100% against having HNS sections though. Because XJ is already so big, maybe this section could make HNS a little more popular.

Some background knowledge about this vote: Since we might have the chance to get 4 new servers, they would be split into: 1x Longjump 1x Slide 1x HNS 1x Autocup-plugin Something like that. But the main question is wheter you want to see sections (in the forum etc.) for it, too. If you pick NO, there will be an extra vote about the new servers.

No to it, since XJ is a kreedz community and Surf, HNS, Slide, KA and so on has nothing to do with them. Okay some KZmaps have them in it slide/surf but really does this deserv it then a forum category?

xtreme-jumps - jumping site/forum, it should contain all parts/stuff of jumping and hns is one of it, surfing should be added also. But the most important thing is to play with legal settings! (for some ppl is cool to play with more airaccelerate or 100+ fps) but lets just play the game with default settings, don't wanna watch random "pro jumpers" who can lj 259 with 100aa

Slide and Hidenseek servers would be a bad idea in my eyes. I don't know about Sliding, but Hidenseek has already archieved it's own community. Why would XJ create a hidenseek server? Would be better with: 1x Auto-cup plugin 1x Premium server(VIPs and Recordholders only) 1x Hard/Extreme maps 1x Longjump server I'd rather not see XJ turning into a LJ community, but since there are so many of our members who are obsessed with LJing, we should atleast supply them with a single server.

Unfortionately I'll have to doublepost for my first time today. Well, the XJ database should be able to hold up for more servers. Search for the error and fix it <(^_^<) It might be hard, but it should be possible. If not, then split it up and let it be 2 or more top15's.

Vote no aswell.. Most of the admins in XJ doesn't have experience within hidenseek (from my point of view, i dont know them all tho) Introducing a new mod would fuck the community up, stick with what your good at, and leave it at that. Beside there is already a big hidenseek community online with servers and coders working on improving the scene for it, so why take that away from them by "stealing users"? - I know this may not be your intention, but by opening up it can go 2 ways. Either XJ will die cause of lack of support from the old members in here. Or XJ will become a much bigger community due to the new player market being available.
