2 New Maps + Rules Update

2 brand new maps for you:
kz_kzsca_oasis by wRath:
This map reminds of kzno_xtremeblock and is a challenge for sure. Prove your climb skills and climb up the big rock to make it to the top of the oasis. Good luck ;)

Awesome bhop map based on the chateau theme and texture set. Lot of awesome bhop combos and shortcuts wait for you out there. Who's going to be the first to pull off a perfect run?
Please note that the submission rules got updated, because some of the new mappers got confused about the kz_ tagging rules these days.
Make sure you keep yourself up2date and read them. The new rules explain why you can't name your map kz_ before it is accepted and give a lot of new information about custom maps and our mapcheck system. If you got any questions feel free to ask in the comments.
