Rules Update

Dear user,

due to the recent vote the rules were just updated one more time to make your visit on our site as pleasant as possible. The Website rules were reduced to the real important points and the Community Guidelines were added and re-written, to give the new (or old) users a better overview about the basic rules for our lovely community.
