Hey guys,

Revolutionary changes in the world of kz_ and custom maps:
Kreedz.com is online again (with a brand new design) and will now be the official Map Check and Submission site again! If you would like a map released into the community, custom or kz_, please submit your map there. We are working in coordination with Kreedz.com as well as with other communities to move the map checking staff back to where it all began. A few changes have been made, one of the biggest being the members of the map check team. The team has grown considerably and currently includes the following people:

Hey guys,

most of you guys might already know about this movie because it was posted in the forum some days ago, but it's still worth of a newspost I guess:

Simen-KZ Promotional Film 2007 (Mirror by Xtreme-Jumps.eu)

This is what simen.1030, an admin of the chinese community, says about the movie:

This movie made was by simen.0027 and simen.maya. Simen.maya was responsible for the 3D effects, she is a girl of our simen community. This movie mainly meant to let more people know what kz is, why we like it, and represent the art of cs jumping. KZ is becoming more and more popular day by day in china, and simen is being the biggest jumping community of china, leading the way of kz in china. We wanna more people to join in kz and join in simen to challenge and surpass themselves.

Hi

Four days ago we posted a maprelease with four new maps (News)

Some of you guys experienced some kind of a bug with the timer on kz_kzdk_delianshop that made it impossible to see the actual time you've got when finished the map. The reason for this post it to make sure everyone knows theres a new bugfree version of the map out in the download section.

The current World Record will of course be removed becouse if this known

Some updates on the mapsubmission form.

From now on we want you to send us your final versions of your maps instead of the beta versions.
You will get in contact with the mapadmins about your map just like before tho with suggestions & fixtures IF the map did not get accepted as a kz or a custom map. Also, it's not required to contact the mapadmins on irc anymore, but than again if you want to you're more than welcome to do so :)

Hey guys,

omilo was busy and helped out with the weekly today.

Check the extended news post to read the weekly, just as usual.

Enjoy your weekend :)
