Help with this (need one team)

Hi all i'm making kz server, its allmost done... the plugins are ready, stats too... The problem is, that the players can join TS and CT, so they shoot each other, not jump...(Its kz mod server with pub maps) Can someone tell, how and where, i can make, that the players can join only CT team? Pls help
