And you calculated that how?
You can't calculate it. Keep in mind that if he ducked,he lost some time on his last strafe,causing it to have less gain and therefore it gets unpredictable. You can only say you would have landed a block if you ducked earlier.

I knew only about Croucher's 258.4 on 244 hj block (he did it on public)
and about FreestyleR. dunno about oTcHeTo & other friends.
