In your options, in the field : "Use remote avatar - Please type full address to image" you must put the URL of your avatar after having uploaded it on an image hoster (Maximum avatar size (wxh) is 100 pixels. x 100 pixels).

Btw guys, after the success of Failicious 2, Failicious 3 is very likely to happen in some months, so you can already start saving your best fails !!!

For instance, you can make a "Fail folder" and store your best fails, so that when I'm democalling, you'll just have to send the pack. ;)
