its a mousesettings it should be legal so what its like say no u cant use m_filter 1 or 1000 hz on mouse it gives advantage to the other people who dont got 1000

we say i got 4000 dpi and 1000 hz what i got and we say u got 500 hz 2000 dpi why should my demo not get accepted thats what i ment

wtf is this? why not accepted? It's everyone's choice what mouse he / she uses... if someone uses razer krait he can't be surprised he can't bhop, because the wheel makes like 4-5 clicks on one scroll, where mx518 makes ~10 clicks = 2 times more "+jump" commands = higher chance of hitting perfect bhop..won't you accept demos from mx518 users? -_-

its 13.8 speed gain in 12.7% of the jumptime , compare this with all ur first strafes , see if ur speed gain exceedes (as a number, nothing more) the time u spend on ur first strafe .

yea,i was wondering, cl_sidespeed was not forbidden, but then came the unbelieavable 257 by otcheto, so admins decide that this is something REALLLY CHEATY, something really bad for your game, which have been used for so many years, and they suddenly changed it, only cuz they cant accept the fact that 257 lj was made. speechless

about that mouse settings thing ...
if you limit it to a certain speed and you move your mouse faster than that it is not your hand strafing it s just strafing with the speed you set so it s more like a lj script than human. Just like we don t allow bhop scripts ... i thought this would be obvious
Such demos were never accepted i guess we just forgot to write it in the rules ... didn t know it wasn t there yet. (Jumpr was not the first one with this)
So for everyone: No matter how you set your mouse if you have direct control over what you re doing your demo will be accepted and also noone would get banned for that setting, the demo would just not be accepted.
