Help witch Sync ??

Hi I've Been playin longjumps a few months now.. can do 245 lj and cj..
I've practising my prestrafe so its nothing wrong with it..
(BLA BLA BLA)

HEHE i don't have a single clue.. what is Sync? :P can someone plz explain.. it would help.. thx

Sync is how you synchronise your A and D strafes by moving your mouse to the sides.

In other words press A mouse should move <---- that way.

The porcentage (%) of the synchronize between your keyboard (A and D) and your mouse on your strafes.
