Allowed plugins for records ?

Hello, i would like to know which are the allowed plugins to record demos ?

I'll be more specific .

Start/end plugin allowed ?
Reset timer plugin ?

What would you recommend to record demos ?

Why i ask this ?

I get really mad when i'm trying to do a map and i have to restart, go again to the start button ... maybe there is an easier way and i don't know it .

sv_restart 1 should not be annoying :S maybe he meant the real "restart" command xD
