1. from top of door to water (clear the fridge)

2. from top of fridge to towel rack (catch the ladder)

On the spunge if you press and hold e with your arrow keys you can zoom around on it... don't know about launching yourself though.

and i also tried alot of things with the sponge thing when i found that trickjump, but didn't manage to make anything nice :p
