V-sync need to get rid of it :S help..

ok When i open nvidia control panel and select advanced options.. i only got Display options and Video & Television in the "select a task.." bar.
i know that i need to go into 3d manage setting and put "Vertical sync force Off" but how can i get 3d manage settings there? plz help :)
