I understood him perfectly =)

Well standups might be a little tricky to get in the beginning, but with a little practice you can do it.

Between each jump/bhop you hold duck and when you are a little above ground you release duck and jump, and then you repeat this over and over.

yea, I know, and Im really sorry for my bad english, Im from Serbia and 14 years old, and I learn english at school and Im not perfect yet. In that sentace I said that I dont know how do you do stand-up bhops, and I said that if you have any tutorials give me the links plz, Thanks to troublemaker for the links and I will watch them now, but I found one yesterday on youtube and I understanded how should I do it. Only 1 more question, when I do stand-up bhops, Do I hold duck whole time in the air and release it when I need to jump ?? Or just press it a bit above the ground ??

I prefer to hold duck maybe 0,5-1 second before I do the next jump, my standups gets messy if I do them in the last possible moment. You shouldn't hold duck throughout the whole time you're in the air, cause that will prevent you from strafing, which is also a big part of bhopping. I remember how hard standups was aswell, it took me quite some months to get good at it, so be patient aswell.

You can do it both ways, and you need to do a quick calculation of how the next jump will be like. If the next block is higher than the one you just jumped from, then I'd suggest you do press and hold duck a little earlier, otherwise you'll hit the block wall, and fall down. If the next jump is on the same height or lower than the block you jumped from, then I usually just do a quick press of Ctrl (duck) just before i hit the mwheeldown to jump.
