My fps is stuck on 60 and I dont know how to get it higher? plz help me.

Tried typing fps_max 101 in consol or changing your hz on the screen to 100 ? or -freq 100 in launch options or vertical sync off in graphics card options?
If you can do all of this you will have 100 fps guaranteed.

The reason why is your Vertical sync, is on.. Turn it off.
I got Nvidia, which makes it more simple, but I am not that good enoug to explain how to, in english.. Sorry mate.

if you have CRT put vertical sync on and write -freq 100 in your cs launch options

desktop>properties>settings>advanced>vertical sync>off

Finally found where to put off vsync. And it worked now I have 100 fps thx guys :)
