Change AMX "Welcome to..." text?

How can I change this text Welcome to Counter-strike and scrolling text in the bottom?

your amxx configs folder there should be a a file that says ammx.cfg open it and edit the following part

"// Frequency in seconds and text of scrolling message
amx_scrollmsg "Welcome to %hostname% -- This server is using AMX Mod X" 600"

if thats what your meaning
