RIP
I was 6 years old I thought that was a movie on tv....
i'll never forget this day...
was a really strange day.... my friends on handball training talked about it and it sounded more like a video game or a movie or so... then i returned home and saw it on the tv. was just horrible.
r.i.p.
saw it in the news too.. at like 3am.. i heard my mom was watching tv, and went into the livingroom, she told me all about it. horrible.. rest in peace.
@brian: 7am? I'm pretty sure it was around 10am or so...
Ah wait, unless you're on the west coast.
I remember coming back from recess, and my teacher told us that the World Trade Center had been attacked. On that day all of the parents came to pick up their children. I'm not sure whether I was more ignorant or more innocent, but I specifically remember not understanding what the big deal was ("So a couple of buildings fell down, jeez..."). I think I only managed to grasp what had happened when I got home and saw the news.
The people on the planes, in the towers, the firefighters, and everyone else who passed away - they won't be forgotten.
My friend's birthday is on 9/11, poor guy ^^. I remember that moment like was yesterday. RIP everyone who died

yeah i agree, i totally missed this thread.. RIP, i remember it like it was yesterday also.
i was in 5th grade and my teacher turned on the news for a second and we watched about 5 minutes of it and then he turned it off and said that if we wanted to know more we would have to talk with our parents (cause we were still young).. i think almost everyone if not everyone knows exactly what they were doing or where they were when they first heard about this terrible tragedy
once again RIP
(even tho i'm late)
