Auto add spawns

This plugin is SAFE for demo recording. -SchlumPF

With this plugin, you are guarented to have enough CT spawns on every maps.
This plugin also removes Ts spawns.

there is a easier and better way but gj for releasing this... i have made a lot of new stuff (sth like this too) which is nice for kz server but unfortunately it is for a private project :S

Updated to v0.1.2
Just found a bug on some maps as kz_a2_bhop_corruo_ez where origin is declared with decimal part as :

"origin" "2416.8 2671.56 -2760"

Bug is now completely fixed.
