How do I use this?

BSPtoMap
A map decompiler. Select a .bsp file and transer it into a .map file, which can be edited in Valve Hammer Editor. Gives .map files with loads of bugs in them.

Textract
Extracts the textures in a .bsp file to a .wad file. Very useful program.

CS-Expert FGD's
The latest version of the CS Expert FGD is cs_expert-tom793c.fgd, which contains the env_rain entity.

Vluzacn's FGD File includes latest entity's etc.
