ways to improve sync...
i can not understand myself, sometimes i do 245-249 easily with 75-80% sync, but more often my sync is 30-50% =( i do not know how to make it stable. i try to train it from jumping with 2 strafes, get about 90-95%, then go to 3 strafes and get about 80%... but with more than 4 my sync is awfull. i jump with showkeys, i watch at myself on demo(here it is, mistake is just at the first strafe... but i do not know how to correct it, because fingers A-D and mouse, i think, live their own life.... may be there is some newbie technique or someting like that? Thank You
Hmm just practise then it all comes, but anyway try this:
Many new kreedzers have hard to sync linear strafes, and then u can try circle strafes. They are easy to sync, everytime i use it i get 80+ sync. Many ppl says circle strafes is bad for lj, but just watch Kennys 253 demos, he makes 5 circle strafes and he got an awesome style :-) Or u can just watch some demos in slowmotion with showkeys....
I recommend linear strafes beacuse u jump longer with them, but use circle strafes until u learned to sync both kinds of strafes.

U can also try to make ur 1st strafe wider than the others, i dont know why but sometimes its imo more easy to sync wide strafes but dont make them TO wide xD

I can not find good lj withshow keys, i have asked to upload a demo, but it seems to me that people are afraid or they use some special technique and dont want to share it =)
I could post it for you these showkeys of you'd just give me a server to play on :P but I do circle strafe Alfred and I can get with good strafe+prestrafe around 253 (my pers block rec is 251) so I don'T think you jump longer with linear strafes !!
