"non-standard" jumps

So, i just planned to make a map for myself and didn't really want to submit it at all ... BUT perhaps i want to submit it some time later when it turned out to be good enough, so i got some questions about what i can do in the map and what not.

1. ladders, ladders, ladders

I'm not planning to abuse ladders, but there could be quite a lot ladder and rope jumps (only if it turns out to be fun). Are lots of ladders a problem if i wanted to go for "official custom map" or even "kz_" ?

2. Surf

Well, that shouldn't be much of a problem, i'm gonna use it here and there (perhaps 10% of the map, max). Ok or not?

3. jetpack

Well, i totally love the half-life jetpack thingy. I'm not yet sure if it will be available for the whole map, or only in a specific part of it. I'm wondering though: it seems no one included it in any "official" map, is there a reason for this, or could i still go for "official custom map" or "kz_" with the jetpack?

4. "slope jumps"

Don't know what to call it, but made screen of some examples:CLICK ME

I'm going for some block style map (seems the easiest thing for starters) and i could use those "slope jumps" to overcome really big distances (perhaps between 2 higher parts of the map, with one lower part in between).

Mabye just me but I can't surf at all without aa100.

i think it will be denied if there are jetpack!
