Bots vs. Plugins

Hello. I was wondering if there is some way to play with bots and run an amxx plugins at the same time. I've checked the liblist.gam files of both cases. When i play with bots in liblist.gam there is a line: gamedll "dlls\zbotcz.dll" and when i use amxx plugins i need to replace the liblist.gam with the other one for amxx and in it it has this: gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll". So i was wondering if i can do something like: gamedll "dlls\zbotcz.dll;(,)addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll" or something similar... Is this possible and how exactly to do it?
