radio-command-sounds problem

hello there :)
I have a problem in cs, since a few days, i don't hear any radio-command-sounds in cs also "fire in the hole", "counter terrorists win", "roger that" and so on...
can anyone help me?

try downloading gfc scape and unpack the open the cstrike.gfc file in your steam directory. add the soudns directory out of the gfc file into your real cstrike directory
