1. I am the moviemaker so I haven't stolen it and uploaded.
2. I am the "actor" in that movie. mYm is my friend so he agreed with it.
3. I didn't write there that I coded CS or HL or I am the inventor of it.
4. I have bought original steam and I don't use nonsteam shits.
I can't see any single thing how I infringed the copyright. I was really upset with Valve's decision.
I'm guessing it's just a hoax, some nub probably exploits smtp and thinks he's funneh or so. try to reply the email-address with a quote from the message you received, and find out.
By releasing the demos on XJ, the demo authors make it public therefore giving everyone permission to watch them or use them.
if they(youtube) see valve as the one who submitted the copyright claim and cs in the video its enough for them to remove it. doing any more detailed check if the one who submitted it is really from valve or with all the law stuff and the user agreements of the game and so on would just take too much time and too much employees or in other words its too expensive!
