model choose plugin

Yo XJ'ers!
I got sum of the old AU player models on my comp, and i want a plugin like this: U start server and a menu come op where u ca choose ur own model (for example):
Which model do u want?
1. (model 1's name)
2. (model 2's name)

and so on....
and then if model 1 is a chicken and u choose model 1 then u will be transformed into a chicken.
is it possible to code such a plugin, and if yes plz do it or link to it xD
