are my strafes okey?

Hello agaim, sry for all the thread, i have used forum and searched for 4 hour and looked, but

I have traiend whole day on my strafe, in 4 week.

I make 270-275 all the time in pre, but never get enough speed or nothing, so i got a demo of me doing some strafes on pub 100aa

Plz tell what i have to change

btw just did 249 on 240 block:

249.268859 MaxSpeed: 309.308715 (33.898) PreStrafe: 275.410430 Strafes: 5 Sync: 53
