file missing in Official XJ AMXX pack v1.01

Hi, I have just dl this and when I press "new game" nothing comes up. then I check console , it stands there is a missing file named "DLL API" in my metamod/dll folder. can some1 upload that file for me, ty

you have to remove the custom addon and create a "default" server without any addons, because cs need to create a .dll, and then put ur addon back + liblist.gam
