Dedicated Server - Steam Validation Rejected

Hi there. So I wanted to create my own dedicated server. I have amxmodx and metamod installed on it and it's up and running. The problem is when I try to join the server. It sais "Steam Validation Rejected". Is there any command I must use in the "master console" or anything like that? Help please!

No, It's steam. It worked before I installed a BM-mod (by necro) but I dont see how that would give an error like that?
E: I tried unstalling the BM-mod and as expected I still got the message
E2: I fixed it (by creating a text dokument named something and type 10 in it :S).
