HLServer help !!

hi. i have a hlserver.. but when i play and want to change sv_accelerate to 100 its come up in consol: "amx_rcon sv_accelerate 100
[AMXX] Command line "sv_accelerate 100 " sent to server console
"sv_accelerate" changed to "100"
"sv_accelerate" changed to "5".

so sv_accelerate been "5" when i change it to "100"
I have also turned all my plugins off and its still the same problem.

pls if any1 knows why it been so, help me!!

Sv_accelerate "5" is the original, as on every LJ/EB/JBstats there is, i belive. Changing that CVAR would only make the plugin change it back :)
